Job Summary

Provide strategic thought leadership and guide CRH’s strategic direction across Global, Division, and Platform levels. Lead multiple strategic projects from hypothesis generation through execution, partnering with the CRH Strategy, Innovations and Ventures team and business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and challenges. Produce high-quality analytical deliverables (including Excel models and PowerPoint presentations), communicate insights to senior leadership, and coach/managing teams with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide thought leadership to develop and guide CRH’s strategic direction across Global, Division, and Platform levels.
•Lead multiple strategic projects and ensure delivery of high-quality deliverables.
•Lead project teams through hypothesis generation, workstream development, project management, and delivery.
•Craft and present well-supported storylines and project insights to senior leadership.
•Support strategy development with comprehensive analysis (including Excel models and PowerPoint presentations), and manage/coach junior team members.

•10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in management consulting.
•Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
•Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus.

•Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
