Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze client insurance needs and data for underwriting, risk assessment, and program design.
  • •Broker insurance with Dział II lines (liability, property, business interruption, equipment, cargo) and manage master.outgoing programs in Poland.
  • •Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, compare offers, and provide client recommendations; verify policy documentation and administer polices.
  • •Manage dedicated client portfolios, develop client relationships, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Collaborate with international offices and insurance providers, participate in internal projects, and maintain documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of professional experience as an insurance broker
  • •Experience handling international programs, including master policies in Poland (outgoing)
  • •Broker's exam passed
  • •Excellent knowledge of Property & Casualty products (Dział II)
  • •Fluent in English (spoken and written) and knowledge of insurance terminology
  • •Team player; strong interpersonal skills; valid driving license (category B)
