Retail Supervisor

Lead and support store operations as part of the Store Leadership Team, assisting the Store Manager in guiding associates in an assigned area of responsibility. Provide sales-floor leadership to drive department sales, ensure merchandising directives are executed, and maintain product presentation and store cleanliness. Coach associates to engage consumers, make recommendations, leverage product knowledge, and connect customers to loyalty programs and surveys. Supervise the assigned department and help ensure compliance with company policies.
