Job Summary

Strategic HR partner to regional teams across Merchandising, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Retail Excellence and Client Experience, and Franchise Markets in Southeast Asia-Oceania (SEAO), covering both regional leadership and market-based talent. Leads organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and change management, with oversight of Indonesia Shared Service Center to support SEAO, Middle East and selected European markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner regional leaders to understand business priorities and diagnose people implications, then develop HR strategies that support commercial and organizational goals.
•Coach leaders and build trusted relationships across levels and functions, using influence and sound judgment to support effective decision-making.
•Use data, insights and benchmarking to identify trends, assess organizational health and recommend improvements to people practices and interventions.
•Lead or contribute to organizational design, workforce planning and resource planning for growth and future capability needs.
•Drive key HR cycles and talent processes (organization and manpower reviews, performance and compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, employee engagement, budget planning) with a focus on bench strength and retention.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or another relevant discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including roles in HR business partnering and broader HR leadership
•Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrixed environment
•Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach and support HR team members while maintaining a high standard of support and execution
•Strong business acumen and the ability to translate commercial priorities into practical people strategies and actions, including thoughtful workforce planning and cost discipline
•Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, performance management and leading organizational change initiatives, with the ability to strengthen succession bench strength and talent retention
