Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive management oversight for a geographically dispersed portfolio of 50–100 mostly residential properties.
  • •Coordinate all aspects of property management in highly dynamic administration, service, and new business environments.
  • •Assume a leadership role in oversight and negotiations for purchases, sales, and leases of trust real estate.
  • •Oversee renovations, modifications, and repairs for assigned properties from design through completion.
  • •Communicate clearly and concisely with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, and third-party service providers, including probate court appearances when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,100 - 145,900 annually

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Real estate salesperson license or completing coursework for the license.
  • •Minimum of five years of work-related experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
