Job Summary

Support governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes within established policies, controls, and regulatory requirements. Own ITSM frameworks, standards, and procedures; monitor adherence to incident processes and service commitments; review major incidents and assess root cause quality. Partner with technology, risk, audit, and business stakeholders to measure effectiveness, reduce repeat incidents, and improve change quality and operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the Incident Management framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
•Monitor adherence to incident management processes and service level commitments; review major incidents to ensure proper response, escalation, communication, and resolution.
•Analyze incident trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and ensure controls are documented, tested, and operating effectively.
•Establish and oversee Problem Management standards; monitor root cause analysis quality and effectiveness across technology teams and ensure recurring issues are tracked and remediated.
•Support Change Management governance by reviewing adherence, risk assessments, approvals, documentation, testing, implementation outcomes, and change success rates to reduce operational risk.
