•Plan and staff all in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
•Oversee training and certifications for Beauty Advisors and provide opportunities to elevate artistry skills.
•Participate in performance management for the Beauty Studio and direct reports, delivering timely feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually
