Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project delivery: scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, budget, quality, risks/issues and benefits tracking.
  • •Build and manage integrated delivery plans across workstreams including requirements, design, build, testing/UAT, release/cutover, and hypercare.
  • •Establish and run governance (SteerCo/working groups) including RAID, actions/decisions, minutes, and escalation management.
  • •Drive requirements definition and change control with impact assessment and secured approvals.
  • •Lead testing and implementation readiness (SIT/UAT approach, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, sign-offs, cutover planning, and go-live readiness).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder (or equivalent experience).
  • •Hands-on data skills including SQL and data profiling/reconciliation for data quality analysis.
  • •Proven project management experience delivering complex change in financial services or regulated environments.
  • •Strong technical understanding of SDLC and technology delivery, with data/system implementation experience preferred.
  • •Finance and risk knowledge, including experience delivering initiatives in/for Finance and/or Risk functions.
