Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical design and delivery of trading market data features for the OKX App, including real-time quotes and K-line charts, leading the team through product development, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Participate in product requirement discussions, define technical solutions, and safeguard product performance, stability, and user experience.
  • •Stay informed on industry trends, refine the technical architecture, and drive growth of the team’s engineering capabilities.
  • •Organize and participate in technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the team’s proficiency.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure high-quality feature launches and track project progress to keep them on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on AI engineering/pipeline development experience with a solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and agent concepts and a proven ability to deliver AI workflows/pipelines from end to end.
  • •Track record of leading mid-to-large-scale projects end-to-end with high standards for technical architecture and engineering quality.
  • •Trading business background with client-side development experience at a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech app; familiarity with order matching, market data display, and asset management.
  • •Native iOS or Android development background with strong mobile engineering fundamentals, performance optimization, and release processes.
  • •Nice-to-have: on-device AI or cross-platform experience (Flutter/React Native) and client-side team leadership experience.
