  • •College diploma (DEC/AEC) and/or a university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, aeronautical manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • •5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • •Knowledge of interior finishing (asset).
  • •General knowledge of dependencies between positions in an aeronautical manufacturing system.
  • •Detailed knowledge of planning, logistics, quality, and production processes, with strong leadership and a willingness to help colleagues and other functions grow.
