Project Engineering Manager - Relocation

Lead large-scale, complex engineering projects for pork and packaged meat production, transforming production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. You’ll develop engineering designs and specifications, manage feasibility and economic analysis, coordinate vendors/contractors, and prepare proposals, bid packages, and project documentation. The role also includes people leadership through coaching and employee development, with opportunities to work independently and step in on intricate challenges.
