Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable operations in the distribution center.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor the Eaton MESH EHS management system and ensure legal compliance.
  • •Create and maintain hazard assessments, operating instructions, and the hazardous substance inventory; support emergency and evacuation planning.
  • •Coordinate internal/external audits, track measures, collect and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems, and coordinate EHS champions on site.
  • •Support incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective action follow-up, manage subcontractor EHS activities, and organize training and emergency drills.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in an engineering field, ideally safety engineering or environmental engineering.
  • •Training/certification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) per ASiG and DGUV Vorschrift 2, or willingness to obtain it within two years.
  • •Experience working with ISO management systems and conducting internal audits as an occupational safety specialist.
  • •Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • •Fluent German and English communication skills; reliable, detail-oriented working style.
