Job Summary

Lead the strategic sales of a Target-System portfolio across core regions for global military end customers. Own the 3–5 year sales strategy, identify new use cases for target system drones, and expand markets through portfolio extensions and B2B partnerships. Drive order intake and pipeline progress, manage complex contract transactions, and ensure export controls, ethics, and compliance. Serve as the Voice of the Customer to translate operational needs into product and service development.

•Identify new target-system drone use cases and open new markets via portfolio expansion.
•Initiate, negotiate, and secure strategic B2B alliances and partnerships to grow Air Power Training Services.
•Deliver annual order intake, manage pipeline progress, and lead complex contract transactions including cost-risk-benefit analysis.
•Ensure compliance with export controls, ethics, and governance rules; translate Voice-of-the-Customer needs into product and service development.
