Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the product development process through production fine-tuning, monitoring collection timelines and activity deadlines.
  • •Join collection status sharing meetings with Category Managers and relevant departments.
  • •Assist with maintaining collection progress files, tracking budget, and supporting costing activities.
  • •Support relationships with external suppliers (shoe factories, heel and sole makers, and processing providers).
  • •Compile materials and component orders for prototypes/samples and prepare/send material references to external suppliers, supporting reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Training in a product area or in economics/management.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Basic knowledge of PLM and Stealth systems.
  • •Strong organizational skills, precision, flexibility, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset.
  • •Fluent Italian and English.
