Job Summary

Join Salesforce’s Global Treasury and Finance Operations to build and run AI-enabled reporting, automation, and data infrastructure for the middle office. You’ll own Tableau dashboards, drive AI-driven workflows, ensure data quality across global systems, and partner on treasury projects from integrations to data lake testing, shaping modern AI-enabled treasury reporting at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Treasury Reporting & Dashboard Ownership: Produce reports and KPIs for the management team with a focus on automation and self-service data; maintain Tableau dashboards for treasury activities, treasury operations, liquidity management, and middle office; build Tableau reports from data lakes and other systems; contribute to monthly management reporting and treasury reporting presentations.
•AI Adoption: Build, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows across team processes; implement automated reconciliation workflows; build AI-powered data quality checks; design dashboard automation with AI-generated commentary and testing; document automation outcomes and learnings; identify new automation opportunities and prototype improvements.
•Reporting & Data Quality: Build and improve financial reports across treasury operations; implement data quality checks; contribute to automation and reporting improvement projects; support ad hoc analyses and bank fee processes for AI reporting; act as backup across Treasury Reporting and Innovation; provide SOX controls support.
•Data Infrastructure & Collaboration: Manage data lakes, ensure data integrity across systems, and collaborate with stakeholders from requirements through implementation to deliver robust treasury reporting.
•Cross-functional Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Treasury, IT, and business teams to ensure data validation, testing, and continuity of critical treasury processes.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years in Treasury, financial reporting, or data analytics
•Genuine passion for AI and automation as core to the role
•Good knowledge of Tableau or similar skills to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reporting
•Working knowledge of data quality and financial data validation across multiple systems
•BA/BS in Business and Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
