Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for web-based products, from discovery and research through implementation and continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct user research activities (interviews, usability testing, workshops) and validate design decisions.
  • •Translate findings and requirements into user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • •Simplify complex workflows and continuously improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and overall user experience.
  • •Create and maintain design systems, collaborating with stakeholders and developers to deliver quality, aligned experiences, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a closely related discipline.
  • •Strong UX expertise to simplify complex workflows, business logic, and information architecture.
  • •Advanced Figma expertise, including design systems, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • •Experience conducting UX research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • •Proven ability to design complex interfaces such as dashboards, tables, charts, reporting experiences, and multi-step user flows, with a strong portfolio.
  • •English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
