Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and publish proprietary equity research with stock recommendations to institutional buy-side clients.
  • •Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions and C-suite corporate access.
  • •Initiate C-suite corporate access resources including non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls.
  • •Perform independent industry and company research reports and make macro/industry/company assessments.
  • •Build industry/company models and produce financial and valuation analysis to formulate investment ideas and draft commentary.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
