Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of NRG’s enterprise employee listening strategy, including engagement, pulse, lifecycle surveys, and ad hoc listening initiatives.
  • •Administer employee surveys in Qualtrics, including survey builds, participant management, testing, launch support, and reporting.
  • •Manage day-to-day operations of employee listening programs to ensure data accuracy, project timelines, and survey quality.
  • •Analyze survey results and develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and readout materials that communicate key insights and trends.
  • •Support employee lifecycle initiatives and communications, including monitoring participation metrics and recommending opportunities to improve engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Experience working with survey platforms, preferably Qualtrics.
  • •Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot.
  • •Strong analytical, organization, attention to detail, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
