Key Responsibilities

•Guide students through pharmacy school selection and application strategy.
•Edit essays and secondary applications to strengthen each candidate’s materials.
•Coordinate letters of recommendation and help students plan their application components.
•Support resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on experiential learning.
•Help students navigate licensing, PCAT exam preparation, and financial aid and scholarship options.

Key Requirements

•Have firsthand experience with the pharmacy school admissions process.
•Have prior advising or coaching experience.
•Use a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application.
•Experience editing essays and secondary applications as part of admissions support.
•Ability to coordinate letters of recommendation and guide students through application components.
