Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for the client interface and relationship, including customer satisfaction tracking and business follow-up (Work Shop).
  • •Own offers and business development: identify and track opportunities with sales, partners, and the technical team; coordinate project conception (RAO), estimating, and milestone/deliverable tracking.
  • •Oversee operations: track risks and implement action plans during crisis situations.
  • •Own financial follow-up: tracking, reporting, and financial consolidation; implement roadmaps and forecasts (PCCA).
  • •Engage across topics such as digital transformation and data management, cybersecurity projects, Move to Cloud, applications, and service center initiatives.
