Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the role of Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Deliver effective cost management from pre-contract to handover to meet client objectives and enhance reputation.
  • •Create and present the final cost plan, producing Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, tender reporting, and compiling contractual documents.
  • •Handle post-contract matters including cost variances, change control, valuations, negotiations for final accounts, and reporting to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • •10+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • •In-country (Egypt) experience is required.
  • •Detailed knowledge of the Real Estate/Property sector working for a professional cost consultancy.
  • •Professional membership is an advantage (e.g., MRICS), with strong construction industry knowledge and technical matters.
