Lead the ERP ASG Delivery Lead Community and oversee end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM ERP implementations across DACH. Drive strategic direction, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor ~25 experts, and collaborate with sales on proposals, delivering sustainable, high-quality ERP solutions in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the planning, governance and autonomous delivery of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including managing budgets, timelines and quality targets.
•Lead and mentor the Delivery Lead Community in ASG, coaching ~25 experts across experience levels and promoting best practices and skill development.
•Partner with the sales team to create proposals for potential and existing clients and contribute to the strategic evolution of the ASG ERP Practice.
•Define end-to-end processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable, efficient ERP deployments.
•Coordinate and manage multinational project teams (onshore and offshore) and ensure agile delivery according to Avanade methodology.

Key Requirements

•Proven ERP project leadership and consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including end-to-end ERP implementations and customer engagement.
•Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (onshore and offshore) and manage stakeholder expectations, budgets, timelines, and quality.
•Experience in coaching and developing a community of practice, with a focus on knowledge transfer, best practices, and skill growth across multiple experience levels.
•Bachelor’s degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
•Fluent in German and English (minimum B2), additional languages are a plus.
