Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet daily production targets with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory management, and productivity.
  • •Assemble, adjust, or repair low-voltage assembly components; operate assembly machinery and tools as needed.
  • •Perform PowerWave2 hi-pot testing, label creation, quality verification, and visual inspections before, during, and after assembly.
  • •Support production flow by retrieving/delivering materials, preparing assemblies for shipment or storage, and completing material transactions in AS400.
  • •Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and follow work instructions, safety policies/procedures, and WSRA requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs; push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • •May need to obtain or maintain QEW certification to perform electrical testing.
