Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated AI Legal Specialist to join the Compliance Team and own legal and compliance workflows for AI/e-commerce within a global regulatory context. You will manage contracts, data protection docs (DPAs, TIAs), and risk assessments, review product features for compliance, and stay abreast of evolving laws, with guidance from the Ethics & Compliance Office. This role combines legal counsel duties with AI-focused governance in a fast-moving, fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms; manage contracts and assessments under data protection law (DPAs, TIAs)
•Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (data protection, AI governance, consumer rights) and maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory
•Conduct product & feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
•Oversee day-to-day compliance tasks (NDAs, licenses, DMCA notices, content policies) and track regulatory developments
•Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance Officer and provide research-driven recommendations
