Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform opening and closing busser duties and ensure servers and the kitchen meet appropriate standards.
  • •Run beer and liquor accurately to the bars in a seamless, gracious manner.
  • •Maintain floor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of working spaces throughout your shift.
  • •Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • •Communicate with servers and the F&B Management team on service and supply needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 17.9 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience as a busser or similar role in a high-volume environment.
  • •Ability to safely carry 2 cases of beer through the venue and up stairs.
  • •Initiative to anticipate the needs of bartenders.
  • •Knowledge of food safety protocols and kitchen equipment is an asset.
  • •Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
