Job Summary

Maintain and repair Starlink production and tooling assets to maximize equipment availability without shutting down manufacturing. Troubleshoot and repair control systems (PLCs, HMIs, CNC controls) and mechanical systems including pumps, chillers, and gearboxes. Replace electrical and mechanical components, perform work order inspections/adjustments, and support maintenance across industrial machinery such as vacuum/thermal chambers and production automation equipment, working closely with engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and repair assets to ensure proper operating condition.
•Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul control devices and systems including PLCs, HMIs, and CNC controls.
•Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul mechanical systems such as pumps, chillers, and gearboxes.
•Replace and install electrical and mechanical components (e.g., switches, relays, sensors; bearings, motors, shafts, valves, hoses, o-rings).
•Perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments; provide maintenance on equipment such as vacuum/thermal chambers and industrial automation and tooling.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•3+ years of experience with corrective and/or preventative maintenance.

•Valid Washington state driver’s license.
