Job Summary

Lead store operations as an ultimate Pandora fan, driving exceptional customer experiences and building a strong sales culture on the sales floor. Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
