Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound cold outreach (email, social media/LinkedIn, and cold calls) to engage enterprise decision-makers.
  • •Identify and engage potential clients, book meetings with qualified personas, and source business opportunities while meeting a quarterly quota.
  • •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align prospecting efforts and messaging with business goals and campaigns.
  • •Use data and analytics to track prospecting performance, adjust tactics, and optimize outreach effectiveness.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records and report lead generation activity, campaign effectiveness, and business impact to the BDR Manager and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of proven BDR experience targeting enterprise-level organizations, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • •Deep understanding of prospecting and inbound/outbound sales processes, including booking meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ideally a second language such as Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • •Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales enablement tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, using analytics to optimize outreach performance.
