•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
•Client Engagement & Insight Generation: Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience delivering workplace change and transformation projects.
•4+ years of professional experience following completion of an undergraduate degree.
•Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes through the application of business change methodologies.
•Experience managing programmes and projects within a change or transformation environment.
•Experience in the construction/infrastructure sectors.
