Key Responsibilities

  • •Own supply planning for Protein and Fresh Produce, including auditing purchase orders, executing emergency POs, and managing stock-on-hand and ordering processes.
  • •Lead supplier performance and governance via weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and tracking On-Time In-Full, error rates, and quality issues.
  • •Act as the SME and primary operational contact for category product or supplier issues, resolving supply-related incidents before they impact production.
  • •Balance forecast demand with supply capacity, manage buffers to prevent shortages, rationalize SKUs, and handle stock rundown planning for phasing out ingredients.
  • •Support cost reporting by resolving invoice discrepancies and investigate major supply chain failures or waste incidents to drive permanent process improvements.
