Job Summary

Lead end-to-end application, cloud, and AI solutions as a technical owner and advisor. Define, assess, and govern cloud-native architectures covering application, cloud, security, scalability, and data platforms, including GenAI/LLM-based solutions. Coach developers, enforce engineering standards and coding guidelines, and support agile delivery across distributed (on-/offshore) teams while making informed technology and build-vs-buy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical delivery for application, cloud, and AI solutions; lead architecture, quality, and implementation decisions.
•Define, evaluate, and govern application, cloud, and AI architectures; ensure quality, security, and scalability while challenging existing constraints.
•Lead deep expertise areas including cloud-native architectures, DevOps, security, data platforms, and GenAI/LLM solutions; drive technology and make-or-buy choices.
•Coach distributed application, cloud, and AI engineering teams (on-/offshore) and set engineering standards and best practices.
•Estimate effort and assess impacts on revenue and costs, and adapt agile methods for project execution.

Salary: EUR 70,000 annually

•Apply GenAI/LLM-based solution expertise and make sound technology and build-vs-buy decisions.
•Coach developers and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
•Fluent German and English skills, plus multi-year experience building high-availability, scalable software applications.
