Commercial Banking Representative I

Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial banking clients with basic loan portfolios. Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution, while executing transactions within delegated authority and escalating exceptions to the relationship manager. Prepare and validate client and loan documentation, support loan application information gathering, manage underwriting-related documentation workflows, and ensure timely uploads and accurate reporting while staying compliant with regulatory, ethics, and anti-money laundering requirements.
