Lead Spirio’s global growth engine by owning both Performance and Brand marketing. Drive ROI-focused acquisition strategy, optimize channels (Meta, Google), and build a scalable system for testing creative hypotheses with generative AI in production. Sit on the strategic board to validate goals and tactics, diversify acquisition sources, and grow autonomous leaders and teams across marketing and design while scaling across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own ROI and performance of marketing investments, ensuring key channels reach target efficiency.
•Build and scale a growth system for acquisition strategy, including channel diversification and experimentation (A/B testing).
•Direct creative marketing and design toward a hypothesis-driven testing process, leveraging generative AI in production.
•Launch and develop Brand, influencer marketing, and partnership directions, building autonomous leaders and goal-setting systems.
•Participate in strategic board discussions: define goals, validate strategy and tactics, and review results beyond marketing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in B2C mobile/subscription performance marketing with deep expertise in paid acquisition and unit economics.
•Strong analytics: attribution models, cohorts, LTV curves, and optimization of ARPU; experience with MMP, product analytics, and modern privacy frameworks.
•Proven track record scaling budgets ($1M+/month) on competitive markets (US, Tier-1) while maintaining or improving ROI/ROAS and payback.
•Deep creative marketing expertise: building a hypothesis pipeline and understanding why creative is the main performance lever in creo-based businesses.
•Fluent English (spoken and written) to work directly with global partners, platforms, and markets.
