Sales Finance and Business Operations Manager

Lead deal desk and contract discipline for non-standard terms, then oversee order-to-cash and accounts receivable from invoicing through collections and renewal tracking. Administer revenue data handoffs and dashboards, optimize the revenue tech stack (including HubSpot and AI tooling), and manage end-to-end commission calculation and payout readiness.
