Lead the Growth engineering team within Slack, partnering with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to build new features that drive user engagement, education, and monetization. Own roadmap strategy and execution, using data to guide prioritization and experimentation. Coach and mentor frontend and backend engineers, grow the team through hiring, and advise on full-stack architecture and implementation to improve the premium purchase and billing experience for enterprise software.
