Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely move, stage, and park vehicles, including driving cars through auction lanes on sale days.
  • •Drive vehicles to and from designated areas and customer dealerships/businesses while following auction driving rules and courtesy/defensive driving principles.
  • •Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed, and locate “lost” vehicles.
  • •Assist vehicles as needed by inflating tires and jump-starting using a battery box and air tank; notify supervisors when vehicles are inoperative or out of gas.
  • •Assist customers and coworkers and follow all safety and health procedures; may participate in additional safety activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills.
  • •Ability to enter and exit vehicles and drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods in an outdoor environment.
  • •Ability to lift 1-15 pounds and perform frequent physical movements (stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, climbing).
  • •Ability to sit for prolonged periods and meet vision requirements (close, distance, color, depth perception, focus adjustment).
