Key Responsibilities

  • •Successfully complete the formal training program and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
  • •Support underwriting and monitoring by performing analytical tasks and assisting portfolio managers and/or underwriters.
  • •Build and use financial models, run PD and LGD models, and evaluate completed financial statement spreads.
  • •Perform accounting, business, and legal due diligence; draft deal screens/opportunity memos; and track covenant compliance.
  • •Create high-impact deal presentation materials and communicate effectively with deal team members on project status and priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduating Class of 2027, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Minimum GPA 3.3.
  • •Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting concepts in credit analysis.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, analytical/problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
