Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, debug, release, and deliver wafer/cube probe test solutions for HBM devices across the product lifecycle (NPI through HVM).
  • •Define and drive probe test plans, including coverage strategy, defect screening, and test time targets; ensure quality and manufacturability.
  • •Lead silicon debug and root-cause closure for complex wafer/cube probe failures using data and cross-domain insights, ensuring corrective actions sustain in production.
  • •Analyze probe data to identify yield gaps and defect mechanisms, and drive fast learning improvements for downstream processes and release readiness.
  • •Own probe bring-up and production readiness for first silicon; manage hardware-software interaction issues impacting stability, accuracy, and throughput.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on semiconductor test engineering experience, preferably in wafer/cube probe or ATE environments.
  • •Strong foundation in product testing and semiconductor fundamentals.
  • •Experience with memory products such as HBM or DRAM (or high-speed digital devices).
  • •Proven ability to take ownership of test program development/debug and drive data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams.
