Job Summary

Perform critical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Ready Mix Trucks, End Dump Trucks, tractors, trailers, and heavy construction equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues, dismantle and rebuild components, and use precision tools to evaluate parts wear and damage. Replace major components such as engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems, then test and fine-tune equipment for efficiency and safety. Document work, maintain a clean and compliant workspace, and support team operations while mentoring others as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy trucks and construction equipment.
•Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
•Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment using advanced tools and techniques.
•Inspect parts for wear/damage using precision instruments and conduct component overhauls.
•Test, operate, fine-tune, and document work while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
•3–6 months of hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is a strong asset.
•Have basic hand tools and sockets up to 1/2 inch.
•18 years or older with the ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
