Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customers.
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at assigned oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the protocol prescribed by oncologists.
  • •Assess needs of medical professionals and staff to provide customer support, coordinate logistics, and solve problems.
  • •Become an expert on Natera oncology products and educate medical professionals on tools for test order management, using KPIs and internal reports to drive retention and fulfilled order volume.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • •Medical assistant/clinical support/patient liaison/nursing background, or minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
