Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with performance management, wind/solar facility staff, OEMs, service providers, and stakeholders to support asset compliance.
  • •Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related invoices; support department reporting and contract-related questions.
  • •Document and enter data into the Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool and support alignment with industry standards (including EPRI).
  • •Renewable Asset Manager I: own and manage warranty agreements and warranty claims through closeout; generate weekly claim status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Renewable Asset Manager I is entry-level with less than 1 year of experience.
  • •Experience managing financial budgets and accrual processes with accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
  • •Proven contract governance skills: interpret contractual language and manage the contract lifecycle through performance management, compliance, and renewal.
  • •Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Renewable Asset Manager II requires 2+ years of renewable energy experience (or 5+ years in electric generation) plus a valid driver’s license.
