Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor lot status and proactively drive resolution of execution issues to ensure on-time delivery of engineering samples and customer commitments.
  • •Coordinate engineering build activities across development and manufacturing teams, including HR builds and qualification activities.
  • •Track build progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate issue resolution while aligning execution plans across functions and sites.
  • •Maintain data accuracy and integrity for lot traceability and execution reporting; generate execution status updates and operational reports.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional communication, manage risks and escalations, and support recovery plans for critical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering fields such as Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team, and organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
  • •Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
