Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage client relationships and account strategies for casualty construction and infrastructure projects
  • •Act as trusted advisor to clients in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts
  • •Coordinate submission information with customers, account representatives, originators and service center support to finalize market submissions
  • •Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage and align with market options
  • •Mentor and train junior brokers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and professional conduct
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years construction/infrastructure insurance experience or brokerage experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • •Property and Casualty Brokers License is required
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal/external clients
  • •Travel up to 2-4 days per month (client dependent) and ability to work in a hybrid office environment
