Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage client relationships and account strategies for casualty construction and infrastructure projects
•Act as trusted advisor to clients in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accounts
•Coordinate submission information with customers, account representatives, originators and service center support to finalize market submissions
•Review quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage and align with market options
•Mentor and train junior brokers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and professional conduct

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years construction/infrastructure insurance experience or brokerage experience
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Property and Casualty Brokers License is required
•Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal/external clients
•Travel up to 2-4 days per month (client dependent) and ability to work in a hybrid office environment
