•Drive innovation in event formats, content delivery, and attendee experiences; set KPIs and partner with operations for seamless execution.
•Lead, mentor, and develop conference producers; manage workloads, project timelines, and content budgets within financial parameters.
•Collaborate with the GameDeveloper.com editorial team to ensure cohesive content strategy across live and digital platforms.
•Curate programming with the advisory board and build relationships with industry leaders, studios, sponsors, and community stakeholders to secure speakers and partnerships.

•Excellent project management skills for managing concurrent events, budgets, timelines, and resources in fast-paced environments.
