Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach profitability and efficiency across total store operations as part of the store leadership team.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maintain and maximize performance.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, evaluation using company performance tools, and constant feedback.
