Job Summary

Own and execute the distributors and wholesale sales strategy across Egypt. Lead and develop the distributors/wholesale sales team, manage and strengthen distributor and wholesale customer relationships, and identify/appoint new distributors to expand coverage. Track sales performance against targets, monitor stock levels and compliance, analyze market/competitor activity, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment. Build forecasts, budgets, and business performance reports.

•8–10 years of experience in FMCG Sales.
•Minimum 3 years managing Distributors and Wholesale channels.

•Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.
