Job Summary

Lead customer engagements that turn business objectives into successful data and cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with sales, consulting, delivery, and Databricks teams across the customer lifecycle—from opportunity qualification and proposal through project kickoff and delivery.
•Lead customer engagements, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business objectives, data strategies, and technical challenges.
•Own project management activities for customer projects across Japan and APAC, ensuring planning, coordination, and execution.
•Serve as the primary technical and business advisor during pre-sales, executive meetings, and solution discussions.
•Prepare and deliver solution proposals, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and support estimation, Statements of Work (SoW), and RFP/RFI responses.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, project management, customer success, technology consulting, or enterprise technology delivery.
•Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, and modern data architectures.
•Experience facilitating customer workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
•Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
•Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and professional English communication skills.
