Advise MongoDB customers and resolve complex MongoDB issues across the database server, drivers, and cloud and infrastructure services like Atlas and Cloud Manager. •Contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
•Use strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to advise customers on MongoDB ecosystem issues (server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure).

Key Requirements

•Strong technical experience in one or more areas such as systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database/application/data architecture, or performance tuning and benchmarking.
•Operations background with experience administering large-scale production environments, including hardware, operating systems (Linux/Windows), networks (e.g., firewalls and load balancers), and cloud resources (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the drive to investigate and solve problems.
•Ability to rapidly learn new technical skills and work effectively in a team environment.
