Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect all machines for proper guarding and identify machine priority at the start of each shift.
  • •Verify machines are running correct cycle times and confirm material loading system isn’t running behind after breaks.
  • •Perform PMs and complete PM work orders on time; changeover/startup equipment and make minor processing adjustments.
  • •Conduct minor machine adjustments and repairs to address quality issues and record machine issues for downtime reporting.
  • •Check grinders, hydraulic oil level/temperature, ensure machines aren’t slamming, and report all parts used for timely replacements.

Key Requirements
