Job Summary

Senior Analyst in Agoda’s Strategy & Analytics within Strategic Partnerships. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC for the Strategic Partnerships team using analytical insights and market trends.
•Leverage data and tools to analyze partner performance and identify levers to improve results.
•Lead cross-functional projects with internal teams (product, marketing, supply, finance) to drive initiatives and improve performance.
•Maintain and optimize a performance management system for the department, including a large team of account managers.
•Oversee data infrastructure and the maintenance of data tools to support decision-making and pricing experiments.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of total experience in Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, Business Intelligence, or related fields
•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
•Ability to write SQL is a plus, willingness to learn Tableau is a plus
•Growth mindset and hands-on entrepreneurial approach to work
